Here’s something you don’t hear from many dropzones: we love fun jumpers! What's a fun jumper? A fun jumper is a certified skydiver who is jumping purely for recreational fun! Fun jumpers are the heart and soul of a dropzone and we strive every day to cater to our wonderful community of committed skydivers.
SDMW's DZOs, Keith and Megan George are both active, competitive jumpers. On any given weekend you can find them fun jumping, organizing or training with a team. By their example SDMW has grown and expanded it's skydiver base by offering more events, better organizers, ratings courses, excellent facilities and the best lift ticket prices in the area. If you want a dropzone that offers more than just a ride to altitude, then you have come to the right place!

Skydive Midwest features a massive covered packing area, debrief stations, full-service rigging loft, gear store, secure gear lockers, community “backyard” area for bonfires and parties, sand volleyball court and more!

We operate a Twin Otter and a Cessna 182, so we can always get you in the air! We also offer King Air, Kodiak, Caravan and Skyvan jumps from time to time.

We believe our attitudes towards safety are the key to the continuation and survival of our amazing sport. It is up to us to be ambassadors and role models for new generations of skydivers; as such we take safety very seriously. We obey and enforce all BSR’s and FAR’s.
We have written policies in place at Skydive Midwest and we want you to know them. Not only so you can follow them but so you can help educate and hold one another accountable in following those policies.
